When someone else is in a content entry that you're currently in, the Visual Editor displays several indicators:
- The other person's cursor moves in real-time.
- A label with their name accompanies their cursor.
- An icon with their initial displays toward the top right of the screen.
- Their changes update in the Visual Editor in real-time.

Assign built-in or custom roles and permissions for each member of your team. The following video shows creating a new user.

To share your Project, click the Share button at the top of your Project's workspace. Here, you can copy a Preview Link by clicking its button, or invite others to edit your Project.
By default, only members of your Space are able to access your Project. If you wish to make your Project accessible to anyone with a link:
- Click the Share button within the Visual Editor.
- Turn on the External Sharing toggle.
The newly displayed link gives individuals outside of your Space the ability to view and clone your Project.
